About the event
Join me via Zoom from the comfort of your own bed, pop your headphones on and cocoon yourself in a dreamy live soundscape of sound healing medicine by yours truly. I’ll spend the hour lullabying you into a dreamlike state so you can ensure you finish your 2024 well rested in the comfort of your own cosy bed.
This is my invitation to you to either drift off to sleep straight afterwards or soften into the rest of your evening by journalling or reading fiction. Filling your energetic cup first, prioritising some quality you time and intentionally closing out the last Sunday of the year.
I’ll stay an extra few minutes at the end so we can communicate via the chat box if you so wish but know that here you simply show up to rest and receive.
